Winter Light at Les Chapelles

This painting is inspired by Les Chapelles in Northern France, where I have a studio and spend around 5 months of the year. The winter light is like no other in this part of the world, warm and glowing, and this painting aims to capture its magnificance alongside the church and the mistletoe in the trees around it.
